I'm Gina Scafoglio, the founder and CEO of Earned Aesthetics. I lead our Group Coaching program, as well as take on a few select 1-1 and mentorship clients. Although I am a competitor and athlete at heart, my passion resides in lifestyle coaching. What I love most is working with women on improving their mindset through time and stress management, identity work, destroying limiting beliefs, overcoming self-sabotage, and so much more. 

Hi! My name is Jenna Chittum. I’m from Texas born and raised! I’m a mother to a 5-year-old boy, and I am also a competitive bodybuilder in the bikini division. I started working with Gina in 2018 as a client and in 2022, she invited me to work with Team Earned Aesthetics as a coach, and I haven’t looked back since. I’m extremely passionate about helping women build muscle and cultivate an unstoppable mindset.

Hey! I'm Sasha but you can call me Sash. I'm a retired gymnast/dancer who transitioned into the body-building world, actively competing in the bikini division. I've been working with Gina and earned aesthetics for over a year and am super passionate about being a coach on this team. Working with you wonderful individuals and being able to help keep you accountable lights me on fire. I'll help you develop that never-giving-up mentality, let's get to work!
